I authorize all employers, educators, and other firms or persons named herein to provide VRC Enterprises, Inc. with information regarding my education, employment, and medical history and release each from all liability for any damages that may result from furnishing information regarding me.

I understand that nothing in this application, or in any prior or subsequent written or oral statement, creates a contract of employment or any rights in the nature of a contract. I agree and understand that if I am hired by the VRC Enterprises, Inc., my employment will be at-will, for an indefinite period of time, and may be terminated at any time, with or without cause or notice, at the option of VRC Enterprises, Inc. or myself. I understand that I have the right to end my employment at any time and that VRC Enterprises, Inc. retains that same right. I also understand that no one has the authority to enter into any contract, agreement or modification of the foregoing unless such contract, agreement or modification is in writing and signed by the president of VRC Enterprises, Inc.

In connection with my application for employment with VRC Enterprises, Inc. I understand the investigational background inquires may be conducted on my including consumer, criminal, driving, and industrial safety records. These reports include, but are not limited to, information regarding my character, work habits, performance, and experience along with reasons for termination of employment with previous employers. Further, I understand that information from various federal, state, and local agencies may be requested regarding my past activities related to driving, credit, criminal and civil litigation, as well as claims involving me in the records of insurance companies. I agree to submit to medical testing including a physical examination and drug and alcohol testing. I understand that failure to submit to any of these tests or an unsatisfactory result from any of these tests will disqualify me form further consideration for employment with VRC Enterprises, Inc.
